OMG, I was just on my FaceBook and clicked my link to here and realized I have not posted in almost a month. I have definitely been in a time warp. Well I don’t feel I can totally write on everything I have been up to since I was last on here and I have so many new pics I wish to post on my Flickr

Hhhmmm lets do a bullet point of what I have been doing, this will be good for me to see.

I have been doing ALOT of Massage. Basically doing about 12 days straight, with 2-3 days off with my son. I do anywhere from 4-7 a day. This has been so I can save money to move.
I went to the Zoo with Seth.
I FINALLY moved on Oct 26th, sweet little Mother-In-Law, 2 bedroom with huge kitchen and bath attached to a 5 bedroom house that I have complete 24hour access to another very nice kithcen, movie room, library and steam room/wet sauna, yard, organic garden and fruit trees. Seth and I can finally have our own rooms and I can practice out of the mainspace.
Helped a few others that moved the same time I did, Pixie and Louisa.
Received probably one of the best massages from a guy I work with, very shamanic and expelled alot of gooeyness from my throat chakra.
Still trying to build on Flyingturtledance.com not doing so well, infact I really haven’t done anything, I choose to build that soon and also choose to capture some fresh digital pics and video from some future recent dances.
I was putting a lot of energy into Seattle Green Pages. This is aCollective of Local Inidividuals and Businesses who foster and sustain an Intimate Network of A Skill and Resource Exchange. Through our Exchange we encourage and support a Multi-Faceted Economy for the goal of Building Sustainable and Healthy Community Relations. The energy of course has died down, but I feel I will be sparking it back up soon.
I keep getting the call to get more active on Facebook. It seems to be the new hub of communication with a lot of different communities of mine.
Still trying to figure out where my bodywork is taking me.
I am still visioning gear for my music studio.
I have been beefing up my urban survival skills, more recently with quite a bit of dumpster diving for really good fresh organic produce.
Still dealing with whatever the hell is this is on my arms. I almost constantly itch on both wrist extensors ( from the back of my palm/wrist to my elbow)….I thought it might have to do with the gel I was using, so I quite using it and it and went back to creme and it didn’t bother me for a couple days, but today it is back. I think I need to go to coconut oil, grapeseed oil or something else.
I had to release several of my Huge Plants due to Meeley Bugs…
My Halloween was SO Banging…..okay my Psychedelic Pteradactyl didn’t work out, but Bluetech and Pitch Black was off the hook, and the OMG the dancing was so sexy..
I am about 90% at putting my new space together, just some more Fung Shuing and setting the space and it will be “done”.
Getting ready for SEth this weekend, it will be his first time to stay here, can’t wait to see his face when he sees his room
I still have Sooooooo many old and new pics to post. I think I got about 5000 or so pics from the past, but another 1000 pics from recent events I need to post on my Flickr.
I am so excited about recent elections, even though I feel at heart closer to others that is not in this 2 party system we have, I do feel honored to be a part of history with Obama being elected and know that this is one of many hopeful things to come.
Feeling more of a raw/live food diet coming online…..much inspiration from a few select in my community for that.

I have so many funny and interesting stories from my massages, but no time and energy to put them here now. Okay I feel satisfied….

2008 Decibel Festival is coming up next weekend and I am choosing to take off on Saturday to enjoy one day of it, plus I will hit up a show Friday night after work.

Friday night I will be at The Baltic Room for Native State Label Showcase..I would like to hit up Church of Bass that night, but I want to get sleep for the next early day and plus the artist there are all local and I can see them almost anytime here. Friday Night I am going mainly to see Welder and Nalepa

Saturday will make history with a FREE Show in Volunteer Park starting at 1pm….Check out the line up..

So I have been in an almost 24 hour run of watching Heroes, through Netflix. Pixi, Dae and I started out just wanting to watch some sort of SuperHero Movie, after watching Batman Begins again the night before. So in doing a seach for SuperHero’s we came across the NBC Series Heroes. I had saw a glimpse of a trailer a long time ago about this show, but not having TV, I never had seen it.

Well we are still in Season 1 about 17 chapters in and I am hooked. The series is seriously activating something is me as well as Pixi and Dae. Information in this series coming thru, synchronistically lines up with ALOT of stuff happening in our lives right now. Not just individually but on a larger community sense.

The main thing I am getting from it, is truley recognizing our gifts and abilities that we all have, NOT being afraid of them, and using them to serve a higher cause. I know it’s very cliche but I love the simplicity of that message and I love how they are delivering it thru the screen. But there are so many other small things that are coming through, that deals with conversations/actions that have been taking place with us for weeks now. I am glad we found this series, NOW. Plus there are so many cliff hangers and WTF’s that it really has me, I feel like I am doing heroine or something. In fact I think I gotta get back to it, once we are done eating.

Yesterday was John McCain's 72nd birthday. If elected, he'd be the oldest
president ever inaugurated. And after months of slamming Barack Obama for
"inexperience," here's who John McCain has chosen to be one heartbeat away
from the presidency: a right-wing religious conservative with no foreign
policy experience, who until recently was mayor of a town of 9,000 people.

Who is Sarah Palin? Here's some basic background:

  * She was elected Alaska's governor a little over a year and a half ago.
    Her previous office was mayor of Wasilla, a small town outside
    Anchorage. She has no foreign policy experience.
  * Palin is strongly anti-choice, opposing abortion even in the case of
    rape or incest.
  * She supported right-wing extremist Pat Buchanan for president in 2000.
  * Palin thinks creationism should be taught in public schools.
  * She's doesn't think humans are the cause of climate change.
  * She's solidly in line with John McCain's "Big Oil first" energy
    policy. She's pushed hard for more oil drilling and says renewables
    won't be ready for years. She also sued the Bush administration for
    listing polar bears as an endangered species--she was worried it would
    interfere with more oil drilling in Alaska.
  * How closely did John McCain vet this choice? He met Sarah Palin once
    at a meeting. They spoke a second time, last Sunday, when he called
    her about being vice-president. Then he offered her the position.

Alaska MoveOn members were asked what the rest of us should know about
their governor. The response was striking. Here's a sample:

She is really just a mayor from a small town outside Anchorage who has
been a governor for only 1.5 years, and has ZERO national and
international experience. I shudder to think that she could be the person
taking that 3AM call on the White House hotline, and the one who could
potentially be charged with leading the US in the volatile international

She is VERY, VERY conservative, and far from perfect. She's a hunter and
fisherwoman, but votes against the environment again and again. She ran on
ethics reform, but is currently under investigation for several charges

Palin is not a feminist, and she is not the reformer she claims to be.

Alaskans, collectively, are just as stunned as the rest of the nation. She
is doing well running our State, but is totally inexperienced on the
national level, and very much unequipped to run the nation, if it came to
that. She is as far right as one can get, which has already been

republicans, and nonpartisans), not one person feels she is ready for the

She's vehemently anti-choice and doesn't care about protecting our natural
resources, even though she has worked as a fisherman. McCain chose her to

I think she's far too inexperienced to be in this position. I'm all for a
woman in the White House, but not one who hasn't done anything to deserve
it. There are far many other women who have worked their way up and have
much more experience that would have been better choices. This is a
patronizing decision on John McCain's part- and insulting to females
everywhere that he would assume he'll get our vote by putting "A Woman" in

So Governor Palin is a staunch anti-choice religious conservative. She's a
global warming denier who shares John McCain's commitment to Big Oil. And
she's dramatically inexperienced.

In picking Sarah Palin, John McCain has made the religious right very
happy. And he's made a very dangerous decision for our country.

In the next few days, many Americans will be wondering what McCain's
vice-presidential choice means. Please pass this information along to your
friends and family.

Heart Song and YouTube

So I finally got a real YouTube Channel going and figured out how to upload videos to YouTube…..don’t actually use YouTube. It seemed that it was taking about 5 minutes to process 1MG of Video, which equates to about 20 hours for a 4 minute video, then it wouldn’t actually upload. So I found a program called VideoPut to do the dirty work for me and now it took me about 5 hoursish to upload 5 videos about 40 minutes total. The program cost about $30, but they let you try it for free up to 20 video uploads. If you are one is who/will be uploading videos to the internet, not just YouTube, then this is worth it.

With that I was finally able to upload Heart Song, in 4 parts, cause YouTube will only let you post 10 min or less Vids.. Heart Song is a video slide show with some cool music for my Son. It was the first “movie” I ever did and I will definitely be doing others. I need to get a real movie editor, but for now what I got does the trick, I suppose.
